'Jacqueline worked with me for over two years while I went through Fitness to Practise proceedings with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. She provided me with careful advice and I found her to be very professional and dedicated to my case. Going through Fitness to Practise was incredibly difficult, especially since the allegations against me were false. I was too poorly to attend the panel hearing but Jacqueline's written representations were so well-made that they provided strong evidence on my behalf in my absence. In the end, the panel cleared me completely - there was no case to answer and none of the NMC's charges against me were upheld. I am saddened to have had this experience and would not wish it on anyone. In the unfortunate event that this happens to any other midwife or nurse,
I highly recommend Jacqueline's legal representation.'

'When I first heard about Jacqueline, I was at my wit's end. I had some major employment issues going on that I couldn’t solve, nor could I find the appropriate assistance, and it had truly worn me down. This service has not only been a great support for me emotionally, but Jacqueline exhibited outstanding knowledge, expertise and tenacity whilst dealing with my case. I was totally satisfied with her representation. Standing up for yourself in difficulties can be very daunting. Jacqueline's kind nature and encouragement helped to alleviate the burden. My case was scheduled for employment tribunal but thankfully she helped me to reach a settlement before final hearing. I have so much peace now because my views have been heard. I would encourage anyone who has something to say but doesn’t quite know how to say it, to use Jacqueline's service
as it was the best decision I made for me and my family.'

'I am so grateful that I found Jacqueline. She came through for me at a time when I was at a loss. I couldn't have coped without this service's support and I knew ultimately that I would be okay. Under her guidance, I won two settlements against each employer in a TUPE matter. I was a little person with a small voice but with her help I made my employers sit up and listen. I highly recommend any employee facing a difficult situation in
health and social care to reach out to this legal service.
