Jacqueline's employment services include employee advocacy and representation at the Employment Tribunal as follows:  

EMPLOYEE ADVOCACY SERVICE

 

This service provides advocacy support for employees facing problems at work. The aim of this service is to resolve matters satisfactorily for the employee to avoid the need for legal proceedings.

This service is for employees who –

  • Are facing/undergoing disciplinary proceedings

  • Wish to raise a formal complaint (grievance) during employment

  • Wish to be accompanied at disciplinary/grievance meetings

  • Are facing unfair termination 

  • Are experiencing discrimination at work

REPRESENTATION AT EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL

This service provides representation during Employment Tribunal proceedings. The service provided is exactly the same as that which is offered by a solicitor/barrister. The activities undertaken are as standard in accordance with ET Rules of Procedure 2013.
